1. Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us when:
- You register on our platform
- You use our services
- You communicate with us
- You join our waitlist
This information may include your name, email address, profile information, and any other information you choose to provide.
With your consent we may also measure visits, referring sites, campaign parameters (including UTM tags, gclid, and fbclid kept in session storage for the tab), and interactions such as tour steps, registrations, downloads, checkout starts, and purchases. Measurement tools are described in section 3 and only load after the matching cookie category is accepted.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related notifications
- Send technical communications, updates, and administrative messages
- Respond to your comments and requests
- Detect, prevent, and address technical and security issues
- Measure product usage and ad campaigns when you allow analytics or marketing cookies
3. Analytics and advertising tools
Depending on your cookie choices and whether the matching IDs are configured in our environment, we may use:
- Umami (self-hosted at stats.playas.dev) for privacy-oriented visit analytics. It honors Do Not Track.
- PostHog (EU cloud) for product analytics and error capture inside the signed-in app.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads via gtag.js with Google Consent Mode v2. Defaults are denied for ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage until you opt in.
- Meta Pixel for campaign and conversion measurement after marketing consent.
A download click measures interest in the desktop app; it does not confirm an installation. See the cookie policy for categories and how to change your choice.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect our rights and security
- With service providers who help us operate our platform (under confidentiality agreements)
- With the analytics and advertising vendors listed in section 3, only for the cookie categories you allow
5. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
